Residential Building Signage Project for Siji Residence in Fujairah
Residential and building signage installation for Siji Residence, Fujairah.
Siji Residence Fujairah brought Metroplus in to deliver building identity lettering at Fujairah. Siji Residence's large letters crown the building, giving it a clear and lasting identity.
Building-identity signage is planned from the elevations, with fixing, access and weatherproofing resolved before fabrication begins. Dimensional letters are CNC-cut and fabricated with clean returns, finished to the brand colour and mounted to a template so spacing and alignment stay exact.
Residential signage balances identity with discretion, giving the property a clear name and a quality first impression without overpowering the architecture.
On residential and mixed-use buildings, fixings and access are coordinated with the building management so the work is clean, safe and respectful of residents.
All fabrication for this project was carried out in-house at our Jebel Ali and Sharjah production facilities, from shop drawings through to on-site installation, so design intent, quality and programme stay under one roof.
