Metroplus is a production-based company — most of what we do happens in our own Dubai and Sharjah facilities, with our own people. That shapes how we think about responsibility: to the people who build each sign, to the UAE communities we work in, and to the clients who rely on our work to last.
Responsible Manufacturing
Keeping fabrication in-house across our Dubai and Sharjah facilities means shorter supply chains and fewer third parties involved in producing a client’s signage, compared to outsourcing production overseas. We also design signage with LED lighting systems chosen for energy efficiency over the life of the installation, rather than upfront cost alone.
Our People
Our production teams in Jebel Ali and Sharjah work with CNC, laser and waterjet machinery daily, and safety on the factory floor is treated as a non-negotiable part of how we run both facilities. Over 22 years we’ve built a team whose experience spans design, fabrication, electrical and installation work across the UAE.

Bringing Our Teams Together
Our annual staff iftar during Ramadan brings Metroplus and IHG Industry colleagues and their families together under one roof.
We also mark UAE national occasions such as Flag Day and Commemoration Day with our teams, honouring the country where our work is built.
Safety on Every Site
Large signs and facades are often installed at height. Our ISO 45001 system covers risk assessment, access equipment and method statements so every installer goes home safely.
