Metroplus fabricated and installed the aluminum composite panel (ACP) cladding for the Aqil Alzarooni villa project at Al Warqa, Dubai, shaping the sharp, cantilevered rooflines that define the home's contemporary architecture.
Our scope covered the full exterior ACP envelope, including the crisp white cladding on the projecting roof overhangs and soffits, with clean mitred edges and consistent panel joints engineered to hold precise, knife-edge lines against the sky. A perforated soffit detail was integrated into one overhang for ventilation while maintaining the smooth, monolithic look of the cladding.
The finished facade delivers the sharp geometric massing and seamless white surfaces that modern villa architecture demands, fabricated and installed to withstand UAE outdoor conditions while keeping every edge and corner precise.
