The Matcha Tokyo, The Beach JBR

The Matcha Tokyo brought Metroplus in to deliver backlit lettering on a curved wall at The Beach JBR. The Matcha Tokyo's backlit lettering sits on a textured curved wall.

Feature-wall elements are templated on site and fixed with concealed hardware so the finish stays clean and the wall remains the star. Halo-lit letters are fabricated with solid backs and LED modules spaced for a soft, even glow around each character, then mounted on concealed spacers so the light wraps cleanly onto the wall.

In food and beverage, signage is part of the appetite appeal. Warm, even light, legible names and menus, and a frontage that is easy to spot from the walkway or the street help turn passers-by into guests.

Street-facing locations are exposed to sun, dust and humidity, so enclosures, finishes and lighting are specified for outdoor durability and straightforward long-term maintenance.

All fabrication for this project was carried out in-house at our Jebel Ali and Sharjah production facilities, from shop drawings through to on-site installation, so design intent, quality and programme stay under one roof.
