Metroplus produces and fits replacement graphics for existing retail lightboxes, checked against the frame you already have.
Identify the existing system
A replacement graphic needs to match the frame and the way the illuminated face is retained. Send an overall photograph and a close view of the edge or access method, together with any manufacturer information you hold. The visible opening alone may not provide the full production dimensions.
Review artwork and appearance
Before printing, confirm the artwork revision, required size and intended viewing conditions. A backlit graphic can look different when illuminated, so discuss the appropriate proofing or sample process for important brand colours. Fabric, rigid faces and other graphic formats need different production and handling methods; compatibility should be checked for the installed system.

From our workshop

Coordinate the change
Provide the location, number of displays and permitted working hours. Tell us whether the frame can be reached safely and whether any illumination faults are present. Metroplus can review graphic replacement separately from repair or frame replacement, then confirm the proposed scope and the information required before production.
- Frame photos: overall and edge close-up
- Approximate size and number of units
- Graphic format if known (fabric or rigid face)
- Artwork file and revision
- Operating hours and any lighting faults
Questions
What do you need to quote replacement graphics?
Photos of the frame and its edge, the approximate size, how many units, the artwork and where the displays are installed.
What if the lightbox is not lighting properly?
Lighting faults are handled as maintenance, separately from the graphic change. Tell us about any dark areas or flicker and we will scope both.
