Perforated Metal Facade Designs in Dubai
Perforated metal panels cut to a specified pattern, hole size, and pitch, fabricated in-house for architectural facades, car park screens, balustrade infill, and signage cladding. Pattern, material, thickness, hole size, RAL color, and pitch are all set per project.
Standard Perforation Patterns
Our production library covers round, square, slotted, pentagram (star), grecian (diamond-grid), hexagonal, lattice, and bamboo-weave perforation patterns as standard, cut via CNC turret punching or CNC perforation on aluminum, mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, or corten sheet. A custom pattern — including a brand mark, logo, or bespoke geometric design — can be developed and laser-cut to your specification; our Bismi Wholesale signage cladding in Al Khawaneej used custom perforated lettering as a working example of pattern-as-branding.
Facade, Signage & Screening Applications
Beyond decorative cladding, perforated panels are used functionally: car park facade ventilation screens, acoustic and solar-shading screens on building envelopes, illuminated signage cladding where light passes through the perforation (as on several of our mall and retail storefront projects), and balustrade or stair infill panels. All panels can be finished in PVDF coating, powder coating, or electroplating — see our Metal & Acrylic Finish Library for the full finish range.
FAQ
Can I choose a custom hole shape or pattern?
Yes, beyond our standard round, square, slotted, star, grecian, hexagonal, lattice, and bamboo patterns, we laser-cut fully custom patterns including logos and bespoke geometric designs.
What hole size and pitch are available?
Hole size, pitch (spacing), and open-area percentage are all set per project based on the structural, acoustic, shading, or illumination performance required — we size this with you during design.
Which material should I use for a perforated facade?
Aluminum is most common for weight and corrosion resistance; stainless or galvanized steel is used for higher-load or more exposed applications; corten steel is used for a weathered aesthetic.
Can perforated panels be illuminated from behind?
Yes, backlighting a perforated panel is a common technique for signage cladding and feature facades, creating a dot-matrix lit effect at night.
Do perforated panels affect structural wind load?
Yes, open-area percentage changes the wind load the panel and its support structure must handle; our design and engineering team models this before fabrication.
Can you match an existing building’s perforation pattern for an extension or renovation?
Yes, we can reverse-engineer and match an existing pattern, hole size, and pitch so a new section reads as a continuation of the original facade.
