Multi-Brand Retail Rollouts: Signage Across Dubai’s Leading Malls

Delivering signage for a single storefront is one discipline. Delivering it consistently across dozens of brands, inside multiple shopping destinations, under each mall’s own landlord approval process, is another. Metroplus has fabricated and installed retail signage for more than 35 brand storefronts across four of Dubai’s major malls – The Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Nakheel Mall and Jashanmal Outlet Mall – spanning fashion, F&B, jewellery, beauty and lifestyle retail.

The Scope

Across these four malls we have delivered storefront fascia, illuminated logos, interior brand signage and directional elements for brands including Zara Home, Lululemon, Versace, Damas, Gentle Monster, Santoni, Paul & Shark and Luisa Spagnoli, alongside F&B storefronts such as Theatre Cafe, Wayback Burgers, Social House and Chicking. Why Multi-Site Retail Work Is Different

Every mall in Dubai runs its own landlord design-approval process, with its own fascia dimension limits, illumination rules and installation-hours restrictions. Working across four different malls at once means our production and installation teams track four different approval frameworks in parallel, without letting any one project’s timeline slip because of another. Consistency Across Brands

For multi-location and franchise brands, the signage brief is rarely just “make a sign” – it’s “match this exactly, everywhere, regardless of which unit’s shopfront dimensions differ slightly from the last.” Our in-house fabrication (see our Metal & Acrylic Finish Library for the base materials and finishes we work with) lets us hold colour, finish and illumination consistent across sites while adapting each installation to its specific unit.
