Pasons Centre, Jafza

Metroplus delivered the branding and exterior signage project for Pasons Center at Jafza, a retail destination housing a Minimart, King Chef, and Tea Shop under one storefront. The brief called for a strong, welcoming facade that reflects each brand's identity while presenting a cohesive overall appearance. Our scope covered the fabrication and installation of storefront signage and external facade cladding, including the illuminated "Pasons Center" fascia sign and individually branded Minimart, King Chef, and Tea Shop signage across the shopfront. Above the storefront, a striking red perforated-fin facade cladding wraps the full length of the building, adding depth and visual texture while distinguishing Pasons Center from typical flat-panel retail exteriors. Every element was engineered and finished with premium, weather-resistant materials for long-lasting outdoor performance, with the completed installation reading clearly both by day and after dark through integrated illumination.
