Jewellery Retail Signage for Meralda Jewels – Dubai

Meralda brought Metroplus in to deliver a facade sign panel at Meena Bazar. Meralda's large facade sign panel sits behind a perforated metal screen.

Building-identity signage is planned from the elevations, with fixing, access and weatherproofing resolved before fabrication begins. Cladding panels are set out so joints line up with the architecture and any lettering or logos sit cleanly within the panel layout.

Large-format building identity has to be read from a distance, so scale, materials and structural fixing are planned from the elevations.

Street-facing locations are exposed to sun, dust and humidity, so enclosures, finishes and lighting are specified for outdoor durability and straightforward long-term maintenance.

All fabrication for this project was carried out in-house at our Jebel Ali and Sharjah production facilities, from shop drawings through to on-site installation, so design intent, quality and programme stay under one roof.

Technology and fabrication

Storefront fascias are fabricated from powder-coated aluminium or stainless steel, with routed or push-through acrylic faces and LED modules set at a depth that gives even, hotspot-free illumination. Brand colours are matched to the approved reference, and every fixing, cable route and access panel is planned in the shop drawings so the sign installs cleanly and stays serviceable.
