Signage and interior branding by Metroplus at Wagamama, JBR Dubai

Metroplus delivered the signage and interior branding for Wagamama, the Asian-inspired restaurant brand, at JBR in Dubai. The work brings the brand's bold, energetic identity into the dining room as well as the frontage.

Scope of work: brand signage for the restaurant; large backlit graphic panels for the dining area; shop drawings, fabrication and on-site installation.

The backlit panels give the interior a strong visual rhythm and keep the brand artwork evenly lit from end to end. Each element was fabricated at our own production facility and checked before leaving the workshop.

Our installation team fitted the signage and panels around the restaurant fit-out programme, working to the operator's opening date.

Technology and fabrication

Feature elements and window displays are designed as part of the storefront, combining fabricated, printed and illuminated components. Backlit panels, mounted decorative pieces and applied graphics are coordinated so that the display holds up from outside the unit and up close.
