Gentle Monster, Dubai Mall

Gentle Monster brought Metroplus in to deliver illuminated brand signage for a gallery-style store at The Dubai Mall, Dubai. Gentle Monster's lit name sits above a glazed frontage with sculptural faces on display, giving the store a gallery-like presence.

Fascias are fabricated in metal with lit faces and concealed service access, so the sign installs cleanly and can be maintained without disturbing the finish. Shopfront signage is detailed to the unit's glazing and entrance lines so every element sits neatly within the architecture.

Fashion retail depends on a crisp, confident brand presence. Lettering, finishes and lighting follow the brand's own guidelines so the store looks the same here as in its other locations.

Working inside an operating mall means coordinating with the landlord's design team, following approval procedures and installing within agreed access windows, so the frontage opens on time and the walkway stays safe for shoppers.

All fabrication for this project was carried out in-house at our Jebel Ali and Sharjah production facilities, from shop drawings through to on-site installation, so design intent, quality and programme stay under one roof.
