Candylicious & Garrett Popcorn – Airport Retail Kiosks brought Metroplus in to deliver colourful retail kiosks at Dubai International Airport – Retail Concourse. The Candylicious kiosk's rainbow ring canopy and circular sign stand out in the busy terminal, with a neighbouring Garrett Popcorn kiosk completing the retail offer.
Kiosk work combines joinery, lighting and branding in one compact structure, so the framework and the signage are designed and built together.
Airport and travel-hub locations bring strict access, safety and approval requirements, so planning, materials and installation are all handled to the operator's standards.
Installation inside an operating terminal is scheduled around passenger flow and security procedures, with materials and methods agreed in advance with the operator.
All fabrication for this project was carried out in-house at our Jebel Ali and Sharjah production facilities, from shop drawings through to on-site installation, so design intent, quality and programme stay under one roof.

Technology and fabrication
Feature elements and window displays are designed as part of the storefront, combining fabricated, printed and illuminated components. Backlit panels, mounted decorative pieces and applied graphics are coordinated so that the display holds up from outside the unit and up close.
