For property developers, marketing agencies, sales-gallery designers and event contractors
Present a property identity consistently from the approach to the sales-gallery experience. Metroplus can review signage and display requirements for developer branding, project identity, illuminated graphics and selected launch elements. Define which items will remain, change with the campaign or be removed when the gallery moves into its next use.

Create an arrival sequence
Coordinate entrance identity, directional information and the main project sign with the architectural approach. Review the relationship between external signs and the gallery interior so the visitor recognises the same development throughout. Identify the required installation locations and the party responsible for each approval.
Support the sales presentation
The package may include project-name displays, illuminated graphic panels, model-area labels and information panels. Keep frequently changing sales content separate from permanent branding. Agree who supplies approved renderings, plans and written claims; production artwork should use the current authorised marketing information.
Coordinate temporary and permanent elements
Launch backdrops, hoarding graphics and promotional displays have different lifetimes from permanent identity signs. Discuss assembly, transport, storage and replacement graphics where reuse is expected. Confirm whether installation and later removal are included so temporary elements do not become an unresolved handover item.
Keep the campaign updateable
Retain artwork references and display dimensions for future changes to visuals or campaign messaging. If content changes while production is underway, record the approved revision and assess the effect on programme and cost. A coordinated release process helps prevent outdated project information reaching the finished gallery.
